In these terms and conditions “we” and “us” mean thefrenchprovidore.com, and “you” means you the customer.

These terms and conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other terms and conditions will apply.
The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
Security and payments :
We accept Paypal, debit and credit card transaction to maximise the payment security.
In some exceptional situation, we can accommodate payment transfer or COD. This can only happen upon formal email between The French Providore and you.
Prices :
The price payable by you for the Products will be indicated on your Order Confirmation and is inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) as per rates established by the Australian Government. All prices are in Australian dollars.
Shipping and returns alcool (suspended) :
All items will be shipped via Australia Post within Australia.
Deliveries are made to the address provided by you when ordering goods from The French Providore.
The French Providore will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order, subject to product/vintage availability. The person (s) at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed to be the authorized person to receive those goods and must be 18 years of age and over. Once you receive the goods you will be responsible if they become damaged, lost or stolen.
Goods will not be left unattended. If no one is home to receive the delivery, the goods will be taken to the nearest Post Office and a card to that effect will be put into your letter box.
Delivery information :
We only deliver in Australia.
Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted.
In the unlikely event that any item/s in an order are subjected to unexpected delays you will be contacted via email or by telephone to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and to be provided with an expected delivery date. At this time, you can either cancel the items from your order or wait until the backordered item/s are back in stock.
Payment is only taken when the goods are ready to be dispatched.
Delivery to any destination in Australia will be by registered Australia Post services. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for delivery of your goods from the date on which the order is dispatched. A dispatch email will be sent when the goods are dispatched with the tracking number.
Incorrect information:
Delivery costs are calculated based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of placing the order. Where a delivery address is incomplete, incorrect or otherwise undeliverable, our postage providers (Australia Post) may charge additional fees for parcel returns and collections. These fees will be charged to the customer prior to the re-release of the order. We will make contact with you in these instances to confirm delivery details prior to processing any additional fees (and prior to re-releasing goods).
