Cheese toast with raspberry chilli confit

INGREDIENTS
For 4 slices of bread

4 nice slices of farmhouse bread

200 g fresh goat’s cheese, goat’s cheese crottin or Roquefort cheese

100 g of jam or L’Epicurien jam of your choice (Fig and Walnut Confit, Raspberry Chili Pepper Confit, Fig and Walnut Confit)

8 whole nuts

8 black figs

Fresh basil
PREPARATION
1. Spread cheese generously over the slices of bread.

2. Wash the figs, cut them into quarters and arrange them on the slices.

3. Crack the nuts and place the kernels on the toast.

4. Regularly place a few spoonfuls of confit or jam on the slice.

5. Decorate with freshly chopped basil.
